Sephlyn Marcano

My name is Sephlyn Marcano. I am also known as Lyn Marcano on Facebook. I am a mother of an active teenager. We currently reside in Philadelphia, PA. I have worked in the travel industry since August 2012 just to make some extra money booking travel and saving on my own travels. After being laid off twice in the past, I vowed to myself not to have only one source of income. I have a full-time job, and a part-time job, and work my travel business in my spare time between my son’s Boy Scout activities, sports, and homework.

I love sharing the value this company affords me which encourages me to show others how to travel for deeply discounted rates. I have been able to take trips every other month since becoming a member and travel agent.
Through social media, I have shown and proved that travel can be affordable and anyone can do it. I have built a team comprised of my friends that would like to make more money and travel the world for pennies on a dollar.

 When I first got started, my focus was primarily on booking travel and organizing group travel. I have traveled to Rome, Barcelona, Dubai, Bangkok and many islands in the Caribbean which were all awesome experiences and the travel commission made it even better. However, my concentration shifted to the marketing side, when I found that this business is more than compensation – it’s a blessing! It only made sense to help my family, coworkers, and friends see God’s worldly creations while making some extra money, and saving on their travel that they were going to do anyway.

 I achieved the position of Regional Champion by following the System, staying plugged in with my leaders, and encouraging my Power Team to become 3&Free and just put in the work. The System gives you a great outline and also reassures everyone that you are in business for yourself, but not by yourself. My travel partners keep me motivated. The efforts that my team and I put into our businesses have definitely affected our financial future. I was grateful for the small impacts like using my income to fill my gas tank and now the income has grown and I can now make larger payments on my debt. Today, I have cleared all of my credit card debt with the help of our bonuses. I look forward to earning a $10,000 bonus that would help my son receive a better education by changing our zip code, and this now seems possible. Thank you!
